Juliano de Oliveira is an executive with over 30 years of broad cross-border transactional experience representing some of the top companies in the sector. His practice has focused on domestic and international corporate advising in sales and marketing, joint ventures and strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions, and trade.

As a senior executive, he has helped several Latin American companies develop and implement their corporate strategy and internationalization. He is a trusted advisor to some of the leading steel companies in their international expansion, primarily in Brazil.

Prior to launching SIS Intelligence, he served as Executive Director for CSN Steel, the second-largest steel multinational in Brazil, playing an essential role as a board member in both the U.S. and Europe. He was CEO of Loma Negra, the largest cement producer in Argentina, with more than 46% of the market share. As General Manager of Cauê, the third-largest cement producer in Brazil, Juliano led Cauê’s acquisition of Loma Negra and, as CEO, ensured that the plan designed for the operation was implemented.

Juliano holds two securities certifications (Series 82 and SIE), a bachelor’s degree in Geology from UNISINOS (Rio Grande do Sul), a Harvard PMD (Program for Management Development), and a graduate qualification in Geomathematics and Geostatistics from the Federal University of Ouro Preto (Minas Gerais). He is fluent in English and Portuguese, and proficient in Spanish.
